Consider this a haitus on new contact with new people. Unfortunately, it's necessary just to sort out the stuff we already have going.
So basically if you submitted, even if it was just a script/drawing/idea, it doesn't exclude you.
Also, we can 'sneak in' some stuff that was "on the verge" of being submitted. For example, if someone was going to send in something within the week(s) following the hiatus post - hey, we're all friends here. Etc.
